GLOBAL MULTI-NATIONAL - SKYPE FOR BUSINESS ANALYTICS SERVICE

For over two years, EnableUC has provided an on-going analytics and reporting service for an organization with over 300,000 users in over 40 countries. Actionable insights related to quality, reliability, usage & adoption, and user satisfaction have allowed this organization to evolve its Skype for Business environment into a world-class communications and collaboration tool, which is used to deliver over 1.5 million conferences and 10 million calls per month.

CANADIAN CONSULTING FIRM - UC  TECHNOLOGY ROADMAP

Worked with CIO and senior IT team to identify key unified communication requirements, transparently evaluate mutliple viable options and then for the selected option develop an overall project plan and key technology sequencing. At conclusion of strategy engagement we were asked by CIO to lead the full implementation of UC for 60+ offices impacting more than 10,000. Involved coordinating technical, communications, training and change management experts.

U.S. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM - STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION COACHING

Provided strategy and management consulting to large U.S. professional services firm to migrate over 100,000 users in 130+ North American and India-based offices to Skype for Business. This involved decommissioning 45 Nortel voice systems and an enterprise grade Cisco CUCM cluster. We facilitated initial project vision sessions helping establish objectives and develop overall migration plan. Provided input and expertise related to technical transformation along with change management, communications and training approaches. Worked closely U.S. CTO.

LARGE TELECOM COMPANY - TECHNICAL COACHING

Delivered Technical Coaching to a large telecom to migrate 30,000 users from various legacy PBXs (Cisco Call Manager and Avaya) to Microsoft Skype for Business server across several Canadian locations.  Empowered both technical and non-technical leaders to make the best decisions and solve the challenges presenting throughout the migration.  This included planning for disaster recovery, migration strategies, DID management, E911, common area phones and Auto Attendants.   Currently engaged to provide expertise to move from Skype to Teams.

U.S. INSURANCE COMPANY - ENVIRONMENT REVIEW

A U.S. insurance company was having issues with Skype for Business. EnableUC was engaged in order to perform a comprehensive review of their environment including a contact center. The review included capturing Key Health Indicator (KHI), Call Quality Methodology (CQM), service desk and other custom query data. Our analysis allowed the company to separate opinions from reality and our specific recommendations were used to address and improve overall communications quality and user satisfaction.
